The Innocent Rule title goes away as soon as you start getting scenes and Ino’s sexual interest goes from 0 to 1, so there’s really no reason to go for it. It’s basically just an easter egg. Personally I just started doing scenes as soon as I got far enough to start doing the homo ones, just to be able to take Ino’s virginities first.
