Correct. The only real question is which assets absorb that liquidity fastest. BTC and ETH will eat first, obviously, but if you're fishing for asymmetric bets, you could do worse than niche plays with actual use cases, some of the Avax ecosystem stuff like GOAT has held up better than you'd expect through these cycles. Not saying it's a safe bet, but the liquidity's there if you're looking for movement
