In the EN version, she says Hypo... but in the original she says "希珀..." which would fit as a prefix to "希珀波利亞人", that is "Hyperborean".
Scions are the direct ancestors of Hyperboreans. Crimson Moon people could be as well, simply the ones worshiping a different of the three moons for a similar reason as the Scions do. Either way, Crimson Moon is definitely talking to Colombina or Solindis, with the former extremely likely and a link between those two possibly existing.
