I mean, if they just filtered out the people who were going to eat it "wrong" and didn't take their business I could respect that. But they want to have it both ways and cater to everyone while secretly judging them, which means their snobbery is just an internal preference they're afraid of actually enforcing in any meaningful way. There's no integrity to it.
