All things considered I think this game handled kickstarter backer inserts pretty well, they are pretty nonintrusive and you might not even realize the passenger tokens are kickstarter related if you don't already know. The only one I think is too immersion breaking in an in-your-face way is the record in Ji's chamber but that's mainly only because it's the only instance of english speech in the game.

I just started a new playthrough, what are some fun challenge runs I could do? I was considering a no jades + no skills/upgrades run (except for max HP because I don't want to hear Shennong's moaning in the pavilion). I also want to try doing Yanlao first, I heard the first three bosses can be done in any order if you backtrack after getting the air parry.
