It doesn't matter. Too busy thinking about Final Fantasy.
Like, recently, this occurred to me: many people I spoke with would like Etro, for example, to have a specific form/appearance and play a larger role in the story of XIII, but after some reflection, I realized that at least her having a visible appearance is simply unnecessary and even detrimental in some ways: the Goddess's hidden history in XIII must remain hidden, and she herself must remain formless precisely because she represents the essence of what the Imperceivable Realm - Etro's World - is. It is called "Fukashi Sekai," which literally means "Invisible World.", so it makes sense that she is invisible in the story, despite her playing a huge role and even having her own "character arc".

Some things, they just rhyme.
Fragrant Fantasy.
