If everyone facehugs the quota line then yea, we'd actually be looking at a 60mil monthly quota just to keep top 100 which is kinda insane and I think enforcing such a quota would kill off half the club whereas there wouldn't be enough available anons around to fill the spots.
I don't think we'd need to go for that sort of quota to maintain top 100 just need a couple of the lowest-earned fans players this month to start playing again.
