This guy is so brain damaged by having spent his teen years on 4chan as a 2014 oldfag that he still unironically uses the term "reddit spacing". He probably goes through movies and TV shows and music from the 1980s and classifies them as Reddit or not. Everything is reddit.

Don't get me wrong, social media and smart phones are also bad. However they're not the reason why you're sitting inside posting about reddit and/or being mad at normies or whatever.
