Which items do you think should be reworked or just don't sit right?

This item can't be balanced by just tweaking the delay of regeneration. It'll always be either broken or not worth it next to stacking various sources of health regen, heal or lifesteal.
>Sharpshooter
I might be overvaluing it but the move speed reduction is a big deal. Sources of move speed from items are only on activation except Juggernaut afaik. It's not so easily counterbalanced. Even if the souls value for damage is great, it impedes long range heroes that thread the line of bullets fall-off range and require careful positioning in combat.
>Tank Buster
This item used to be broken but now it doesn't really help enough at making spells more meaty. Sure it will put a dent in a tank's HP but it definitely doesn't provide an answer to them like spirit resistance reduction would do. The souls value is laughable next to Mystic Burst and can even be a downgrade due to the damage threshold which really doesn't make much sense.
