thighs and butt look too relaxed for such an intense pose. Also the hipbone is tied to the upper thigh bones in its position much more in a extreme pose like this, it has to compensate and stay in balance between the two instead of contributing to shifting the torso upright, the major bend happens sideways with the spine between the hip and chest where the spine isn't constricted as much.
