Russia has hypersonic nuclear weapons.

It's the Avangard ("Vanguard"). There are about a few dozens of them now in 13th Rocket Division in Orenburg region.

The Russian state-owned RIA Novosti said Oreshnik is able to carry nuclear warheads too.
