Catholicism is not biblical, it is heretical. Atheists always wonder why there are so many different branches of "Christianity" and that is because so many different groups of people either: don't like something that the Bible says so they ignore it or explain it away or they like an outside belief and they take that belief and try to make it fit into scripture but this ends up polluting the message of Christianity.

True Christianity is biblical, not taking away or adding to what the Bible says. Catholic priests do not have the authority to forgive sins only the Lord Jesus Christ does.

The will of God is not that people would treat each other better it's that we would come to Christ for salvation and through salvation we would begin to grow in grace and knowledge, our behavior changes as a result of our closeness to God, this is why a Christian can still be saved and yet behave as though they have never been saved it's because the closer we stay to our savior the more fruit we produce, the further we stray from the Lord Jesus Christ the less and less fruit we produce until we are unprofitable and are in danger of swift judgement.
