What can we do about Christians who don’t follow Christ’s teachings. I swear that for every good Christian that genuinely care about the well-being of others there are ten who are just evil. Is this just an American problem. Are there any other countries where Christian population is more normal?

In general, I've found most folks don't actually understand the religion they blindly follow. Most would-be Christians I've spoken to simply have the bible preached to them and haven't read it themselves, and thus their perception of what it is to be a "Good Christian" is tainted by the ones preaching what is, most of the time, not gospel, but opinionated trash meant to push an agenda.

If more people would actually read the text, I figure less people would claim Christ as their savior, but it's so easy to sit back and claim the faith while practicing nothing related to it.

Following Jesus isn't about "caring about others", it's about doing God's will. If God brings you someone to help, you help them (like I'm doing for the OP now so he can better understand what it means to be a Christian), but going around feeding random poor people is not what it means to follow Jesus.
Following Jesus means to submit to God, the way Jesus submitted to God during his time on Earth, and to do God's will, the way Jesus did God's will. If God wants you to help a specific person, then you help that person (God will give you the guidance and ability to help them), but only if that person comes to you for help. This is how Jesus helped people, and so this is how his followers should help them.
The notion that Christians should help everyone, everywhere, all the time, is propaganda not based on scripture.

Anyway, as I cited and you ignored, Jesus declared that not one jot and tittle of Torah law can be ignored until everything is fulfilled, until heaven and Earth pass away. He said that he who teaches to not keep even the least of the law will be considered least in the Kingdom.

Of course, Paul contradicts this later in the Bible when he explains that you don't even have to follow even the most basic foundation of the law, foreskin circumcision, anymore. A very clear jot and tittle.

Well this is yet another contradiction of the bible. Paul tells us in Corinthians that the spiritual man judges ALL THINGS. Jesus teaches to judge, just don't judge hypocritically. Understanding what a sin is and when somebody is sinning is a basic Christian concept. So we are fully cable to be like God and also hate sinners -- which is even easier if you are of a denomination that says everybody's a sinner (present tense)

I would agree there are less instances of direct contradiction within Jesus's words within the New Testament. But he does say things like "not one jot or tittle of Torah law will pass away until everything is fulfilled, until heaven and Earth pass away. And then does away with eye for an eye and changes divorce law, etc. personally, I believe this is because of the multiple different writers contributing with their different agendas. The story of the adulterous woman and the famous verse about he who is without sin cast the first stone -- not in the original bible. Even Augustine attests to this. It was added later. There were lots of different authors and different agendas at work which led to varying degrees of contradictions within the portrayal of Jesus.

I would go so far as to say that it's not Jesus making the contradiction, just these different writers and their various agendas for whatever movement they were contributing to to at any given time during the course of these scriptures' development. We don't know exactly what Jesus said.
