This is not even as close to how bad goyslop gets. Some people literally do Huel for breakfast and get str8 lead poisoning, and nothing here fucks you up anywhere near as quickly unless you're a blood cancer patient cuz taurine.

Nope. Only non-shit-tier stuff you'll find on most commissary menus is maybe some deenz and nuts, otherwise it's just all str8 processed goyslop.
Go too heavy on the Keefe kitchens peanut butter, it's dispensary pill call for synthroid; too heavy on tuna, then it's RFK Jr. syndrome and dimercaprol instead.

One of my local grocery stores was doing 6 1/3lb Angus burgers for $8.50 and 6 brioche buns for $3; mogs the fast food goyslop with even some basic bitch beaner+jeet spices.

You definitely shouldn't eat a lot of them, but it's not like they are literal kryptonite. Some study came out a few years back saying your average hot dog takes like 30 min off your life, or maybe like 3 cigarettes worth. More recent study said one a day is like 7% more beetus risk. Bad sure, but unlikely to kill you if you just eat a little here and there. Cycling Bromelainc+NAC or some other chemo cocktail is gonna impact your ass cancer risk way more the other way.
