This is just a problem with sweden. Every single swedish game developer has this problem. Progress is glacial because they practically have 4-6 months of government mandated vacation time.
The entire fucking office will completely shut down in the summer while everyone goes on vacation at the same time. Then the office will completely shut down in the winter due to bad weather. They'll have some mid-season breaks during the spring and fall where they either lament the end of summer or celebrate the end of winter, and then after each break they need a week or two or three to get back into the swing of things and recover from their vacations.
