I do some ab work while resting between my lifting sets. Nothing too hard, just a short plank or some decline crunches. But it adds up over the workout to being like 10-15 sets.

I don’t directly train forearms at all, but my main lifts are all big, compound barbell exercises. Probably not the fastest way to get better forearms, but eventually they have to grow to grip.
