Wasted way to many years in a deficit, but it's nice staying lean. Currently bulking up from 88kgs in ~Nov of last year. Gonna stop near 100kgs probably close to the end of the year.

I've lifted maybe 3 times in the past 2 months, any tips on regaining discipline and focus? i used to be majoprly autistic about lifting but now it seems more like a chore. about 91kg here

Also, to get back on track, track everything. Start with your lifts, write down your reps and sets, even if it's in your notes in your phone. You have a very solid base being that lean at 91kgs. Are you tall by chance?

41 year old guy here. Was fat most of my life, but I was also lifting for half of my life. I've been up and down as you can see from the loose skin, and manboobs (not from gear, just from being 370lbs at one point) Anyways 5'10" and 297lbs here, currently working with a coach to compete in a transformation class next year at summershred. Decided to fully get stage lean even with the skin before I get too damn old.

Any advice on how to build thicker forearms? I have very long arms and Iโm struggling to make gains on them. Iโm currently doing farmer walks and wrist curls with little to no results.

are there any muscle groups you think are lagging or overpronounced?

I think your arms are lagging a bit, you should maybe do biceps before your lats assuming you work both the same day. Same deal with triceps.
