CBT - Current Body Thread.
Old thread is near bump limit. New thread is on. Haven't posted here in ages.

>95kgs
>Lifting 10 years consistently
>1RMs (kgs), S175kgs, B110kgs, D220kgs. Never been particularly strong really.

Wasted way to many years in a deficit, but it's nice staying lean. Currently bulking up from 88kgs in ~Nov of last year. Gonna stop near 100kgs probably close to the end of the year.

I've lifted maybe 3 times in the past 2 months, any tips on regaining discipline and focus? i used to be majoprly autistic about lifting but now it seems more like a chore. about 91kg here

Chest has always been my weakest muscle group, hard to fill out the broad shoulders. I've always smashed heaps of chest accessories from day one but it can't keep up with the arms.

Also, to get back on track, track everything. Start with your lifts, write down your reps and sets, even if it's in your notes in your phone. You have a very solid base being that lean at 91kgs. Are you tall by chance?


Unrelated, but here's me at my leanest/lightest last cut, approx 89kgs here.

That's not too far off what I do (209lbs for 6 reps right after most recent set). I swear I can look bigger that I suspect I do by normie standards but it's mainly the body dysmorphia being paired with being a bit too bloated to appreciate gains (no where close to being overweight but low enough fat to have prominent forearm veins alone? Nope)

hey all. I only ever lurked on here nd sometimes posted but that was a long time ago. here's my "progress". or my regress. these pictures were taken two years apart. in these two years I went from a khv chud to having a long-term relationship. broke it off but it was for the best. started smoking cigarettes, an honest man in a company of crooks, stare into the void and the void stares back, all that jazz. fuck that shit. it's been a shitshow. complete mental, spiritual and physical regression and/or stagnation, but hey at least I got pussy huh? ffs

I've been up and down as you can see from the loose skin, and manboobs (not from gear, just from being 370lbs at one point) Anyways 5'10" and 297lbs here, currently working with a coach to compete in a transformation class next year at summershred. I do some ab work while resting between my lifting sets. Nothing too hard, just a short plank or some decline crunches. But it adds up over the workout to being like 10-15 sets.

I don’t directly train forearms at all, but my main lifts are all big, compound barbell exercises. Probably not the fastest way to get better forearms, but eventually they have to grow to grip.

I think your arms are lagging a bit, you should maybe do biceps before your lats assuming you work both the same day. Same deal with triceps.
Also you could do gay forearm isolation crap if you're zealous.
