I just assume that shortly after being pointed at a goddamn super black hole worm threatening to swallow up the entire planet that Chaldea didn't figure out until the very end of LB6, Trismegistus saw Chaldea make the fucking insane decision to fight ORT's reviving corpse while simultaneously befriending it's heart. It proceeded to scream YES at their question about the chances of their operation succeeding sarcastically because it didn't want to waste computational power on explaining how many ways this would by definition go wrong. Chaldea then proceeded to somehow succeed due to seducing ORT into fighting ORT.
Trismegistus currently has PTSD and is refusing to speak to us so it can protect it's own mental health.
