I think you're probably a troll but there's an upcoming Black Pearl set for like 400 dollars. There's some recent pirate sets on the market currently but no full themes other than Netflix One Piece. If none of that interests you, your best bet is to search "pirates" on bricklink and pick out an older set in your price range. Also there are only 3 PotC movies.
