20f, not interested in using apps. I havent had a gf since I was maybe 16, and it's incredibly frustrating. I have no idea on how to get a gf, and approaching women is even worse, as I tense up each time I go to approach one. It's not the issue of women aren't into me, but I get incredibly scared of what they may think, or of rejection. It also doesn't help my self esteem considering I work blue collar, and I feel they may look down upon me for it.

any advice as to how I can be better with approaching women, or how I can go about getting a gf?
