Kingmaker, Wrath of the Righteous and Expanse are made by an original Owlcat
Rogue Trader and Dark Heresy are a different, newer Owlcat team

This may explain differences in them, including why RT is so devoid of wokeslop unlike Wotr which had an insane amount of it
