Because 3d doesn't always translate very well into 2d. You inherently lose a lot of visual information when doing so, and like shown before, that can make them look excessively mannish, without any real fault of your own.
So you have to exaggerate the feminine features to make up for it. Not a ton, you don't have to go hips wider than their shoulders tier if you don't like that look, but enough that you can overcome this visual barrier and at the very least get the silhouette into an ambiguous androgynous territory. And that kinda feel is where a lot of the beauty in (2d) musclegirls are.
Like I said, it's entirely up to you whether or not you like that style. It's totally fine if you don't, just know that puts you in the minority of the already pretty small group of musclegirl fans. If the beauty for you is that mannish sorta look, that's completely fine and up to you. Draw how you want to, Anon.
