Does anyone else on this board draw muscular, but anatomically pleasing, girls?

I've noticed on DA countless illustrations of girls who, rather than being muscular, look like they've overdosed on the Venom Bane uses.

I don't know of anyone on this board who draws such things, but you can find some good art (like picrel) if you search for "abs" on Gelbooru and filter out the bara / male-focused tags. By the way, it would help if you were explicit that the picture you attached is not what you want to see. I thought you were praising that type of art before I read the "Venom Bane" line.

the only times I've seen it look good is when the hips get exaggerated to keep a more feminine form. Chicks with strong upper bodies do end up looking more masculine, so to keep a female shape you'll have to do some exaggeration

Your biggest issue is your lack of understanding what good stylization is.
Your art falls right into the uncanny valley category, because you emphasize stuff that isn't appealing to the masses.
If you aren't trying to do art for a living, then that's fotally fine. Go nuts, as long as you enjoy what you're doing. However, if you're trying to make it as a working professional, I have really bad news for you, as you seem to lack a sense of general aesthetics.

desu I don't really see a problem with what you're doing. I think it's really good that for once someone is drawing a muscular gal that's properly sized and just slightly more exaggerated, and not hourglass or roided swolebeast.
I don't think you need to do THAT much except maybe choose slightly less round heads. the sharper, more serious lady heads might work if you are interested in buff anime women. It's pretty much all about a bit of tweaks here and there.
The manga Star: Strike It Rich has alot of very good huge buff ladies to look at as inspiration, with many different bodytypes and face tones to work from! I think this girl in particular would be of interest to you.
