What is the ideal female physique?
Can every woman achieve eveyr physique or are you locked out of some due to genetics?
For example: Some girls do glute exercises like crazy and still have a small butt while others never train them and run around with a phat booty.
Or how some girls are unfortunate by having the fridgemode physique where they have wide shoulders and no hips-waist ratio. However, can you fight against it by, for example, only training lower body in hopes it gets wider? What about narrow shoulders, just spam shrugs and shoulder presses?
