it looks like a kick-back deal - Japan 'invests' over a trillion yen (billions) in india/poo/jeetshit and also brings half a million jeets into Japan to 'work' at some imaginary jobs - what does Japan get?
someone gets money in their pocket and I don't see anything else happening.
I expect the deal will be nullified once the new PM is installed....
