Excellent choice.
As for a second knife, I have an H1 and I like it but have some complaints.

However it's very strong, factory edge is sharper than hell, and it's basically a puukko with a mild convex grind. So the blade over all is very nice. However, I think you'll run into any of the same problems with the H1 as you will the Jääkäripuukko. Because they're the same thing in essence, a scandi grind with a super thick spine. I personally haven't felt the Jääkäripuukko is lacking in slicy-ness. Maybe try it first before picking up something else. If you're good with whetstones, turn the secondary bevel into a convex and you have the same thing.
