I agree with him but I also think hes being too coy and corporate to fix the issue. he should have slashed at xbox's role in divorcing itself from its customer base. as someone who always plugged Nintendo it was obvious the always online kinnect casual chasing drip poison they infected themselves with would destroy their customer base to the point that there was no going back.
Xbox was always like that though. they are fundamentally microsoft. Gates had to personally save this division because corporate didn't care, and gates is a pedophile asshole. It's hardly shocking that after the 360 things nose dived this hard.
