Okay... surprising thread to have this many replies.

I watched a bit and it's just barely animated. All the characters are stiff as a board. All the animation is put into facial expression and some scenes have a weird smear in them that make me thing that makes me thing they used some auto interpolation thing. And even though this clearly IS trying to replicate old toons to some extent, I don't think what they're trying to acheive works since everything is so colorful and the minimal extent they go making it look like an old toon beyond that is some film grain filter in some scenes, not even a good one. Also, I just have to assume a kid made this because of the quality of the art. They'll probably get better in the future as long as they stay dedicated to animation but right now there's a bunch of flaws.
