This boss is poorly designed. I don't know what Team Cherry's deal is with making flying enemy have thee most obnoxious input reading imaginable, coupled with deceptive swaying motions. But they continue to do it with every flying creature ever. And this guy is the biggest example of it. It's like they took a page out of Elden Ring's book, and gave the enemy random variable delays, just to make extra sure you can't read him.
