Completely disagree. Right now the bans that Pioneer needs are: Cruise, Fable, Cutter, Rage and Nemesis. The rat is strong but not even close to being as problematic as these cards.

Also i think some unbans would help shake the meta like Ballista, Inverter or Uro.
