>When's that last time you actually played a video game? Like for real and not just hammering through something once in a few hours with a savestate? SotN and Super Metroid are not good games. Their movement is far worse than Silksong and their level design is antiquated. Additionally, I'd argue SotN doesn't have a single interesting boss fight in the entire game. In fact, it's infamously terrible for having mediocre and easily exploitable boss fights. Its unhealthy to just put old games on a pedestal.
