Lighter is great where he works but he's limited to two elements (and also specifically to attackers unless you run him with Lucy/Piper). You should know if he's a good pull depending on whether you want an Ice/Fire attacker. For example, he'd be completely worthless in my account.

I'm starting to buy the theory they lost confidence in SEED as a robot and made up the girl to help sell her, makes sense why there is a sudden week delay and staff are leaked to be working harder than normal on some tight schedule.
