there's this one CC who got 3 stars recently with just piper and yuzuha, and he uses the grace engine, so consider trying that one out too if you get your hands on it, apperantly PEN ratio is really good now because of the miasma mechanic (though maybe that CC doesn't have the rat one, idk)

i'm not sure what the best way for testing is, but personally i like running those weekly reset fights (next to the disk mines) without any energy and at a lower level than max, since it makes for quick consistant fights
alternatively you can try ninevah, since she has no weaknessess / resistances, so it's a good comparison between different characters / teams, if you don't bring any useful resolnia
