Going from 2k-3k gets you 50% going from 5k to 6k gets you 20% attack increase. Orphie and Seed heavily saturate the attack stat.

Kind of mid. If you're for game feel, she lacks any sort of impact and most of her attacks are very samey feeling while launching her spastically all over the place. Feels very floaty.

Damage wise she's just a bit better than Jane/Piper. But it's not to an absurd degree like Miyabi/YiXuan. In addiiton her iframes are fairly fast and her spastic nature + animation lock often puts her in bad spots, which makes her mid for Tower too

If you ask me, the order should be Panda >Pulchra >> Rina > S11.

Panda is made for Shifu and he frees up your astra. If you don't get Orphie, Pulchra can fit on both S-Anby and Shifu teams for flexibilty. Rina can be put on S-Anby temas. S11 is just okay but she will like Trigger and Astra (if you move her).

If you do end up getting orphie, you don't need Pulchra or Rina at all. She should lift up S-anby teams by a crazy amount. Not sure if she will be a proper replacement for fire teams though.

I can confirm that Alice's W-Engine is worse for Piper than Piper's W-Engine in literally every realistic scenario. You'd have to be doing some sort of challenge where you never, EVER spin. At all.

The fucking rat's is debatable. From lazy testing it was like 7% better outside of stun when max stacked and 30K less damage on Assaults when it drops off. For stun it was closer to 11% with full stack, but you might only get one anomaly proc before the buff wears out. Anomaly using stats at time of application means it's not wasted even if the buff was only active for half the buildup, but how much benefit you get is variable. I think it might still be worth using since you have way more Assaults outside of stun than in and increasing perfect dodge priority wouldn't be going too far out of the way. I probably won't be satisfied until I do a bunch of runs with either option on a DA boss to get an average score range.
