Seed and Orphie already give each other attack and crit damage buffs, it radically waters down Astra's attack buff.
The team will be plenty strong of course, but Trigger having a separate multiplier is huge on that team.

If you ask me, the order should be Panda >Pulchra >> Rina > S11.
Panda is made for Shifu and he frees up your astra. If you don't get Orphie, Pulchra can fit on both S-Anby and Shifu teams for flexibilty. Rina can be put on S-Anby temas. S11 is just okay but she will like Trigger and Astra (if you move her).
If you do end up getting orphie, you don't need Pulchra or Rina at all. She should lift up S-anby teams by a crazy amount. Not sure if she will be a proper replacement for fire teams though.

I can confirm that Alice's W-Engine is worse for Piper than Piper's W-Engine in literally every realistic scenario. You'd have to be doing some sort of challenge where you never, EVER spin. At all.
The fucking rat's is debatable. From lazy testing it was like 7% better outside of stun when max stacked and 30K less damage on Assaults when it drops off. For stun it was closer to 11% with full stack, but you might only get one anomaly proc before the buff wears out. Anomaly using stats at time of application means it's not wasted even if the buff was only active for half the buildup, but how much benefit you get is variable. I think it might still be worth using since you have way more Assaults outside of stun than in and increasing perfect dodge priority wouldn't be going too far out of the way. I probably won't be satisfied until I do a bunch of runs with either option on a DA boss to get an average score range.

With Yixuan you try to build up the ults as fast as possible and preferably unload them during the stun window.
To get the special ult you need Technique Points that you generate by spending Adrenaline. You get Adrenaline passively, from normal attacks and by using Auric Array that you get one use of at the start and after each special ult use. You activate it by holding dodge in place, or by pressing normal attack while flying on the bird.
The best way to build up Technique Points for her special ult is by using the EX special to counter and then following it up with two additional activations. It gives you extra Technique Points and refunds some adrenaline. But to counter you need the enemy to be attacking. If you have adrenaline to spare or only need a little bit to reach the ult you can just spam the EX special or hold normal attack to get it up as quickly as possible.
The regular ult just needs decibels. With Jufufu on the team you get extra decibels when activating both the special ult and the regular ult. Also chain attacks are a good source of decibels. You play Eve so I assume you know how to do a double chain attack.
Hold normal attack deals extra damage to stunned enemies, and activating any ult gives 40% crit damage for 15 seconds. So you always want to start the stun window with double chain attack into the ults and spend as much time charging hold normal.
With E2 the regular ult gives you an extra stun extension. It also gives you an extra special attack at the end of some combos that you get one use of after a special ult.
For panda just make sure to keep the buff up, for fufu spend her energy and ult whenever convenient.
