>This new level of smoke is not fucking normal
Government and climate activists really should stop setting so many fires intentionally, and careless logging and mining companies should be heavily fined for wildfires that start in their leased territories.
People like to complain about wildfires now because:
a.) it gets lots of clicks and engagement which drives ad revenue for media providers
b.) it helps push the "Green" agenda they've been trying to force on us for +25 years
c.) they keep building subdivisions in the path of natural burn fields and areas that were historically never an issue, which causes them to effectively misrepresent the nature of these fires
I hear shit like "this is the most costly wildfire season yet for insurance companies" and it's because ecofags have refused to let them burn up swathes of deadfall to prevent the fires, and because they've thrown up 50 new houses right in the middle of a dry briar patch.
When you ask why they're constantly building houses in these areas they say it's to meet demand. When you ask where the demand comes from, they say population growth. When you ask why the population is growing at such a staggering, unsustainable level - they get real quiet and refuse to acknowledge the JEET FLOOD which is the real disaster.
