You can use the filter functionality to hide posts that you don't like bwo... if there's AI sloppa that really scares you, you can use the image MD5 option, or it's a post with a tripcode, you can use the Tripcode filter on the same dropdown.
You can use 4chanx or any other 4chan script to also go into the settings and hide stubs so that anything you filter doesn't just show up and clutter the thread on your screen.
