He's meant to be a flawed version of Godai, like all the AR counterparts, but doesn't overcome this and just spends the entire show looking like a bumbling idiot to put Decade over. Half the time he gets beaten or kidnapped I wonder if he even remembers he can turn into Kuuga. Not to mention fakeout flashforward of him fighting Decade as dark Ultimate Kuuga only for fucking Rising Ultimate to ruin Kuuga as a whole.
