Not that anon, but he said 3 meters or more, which includes 5-9 m. I agree with him, it can be jarring when you see 174 cm (or 5'9") Luffy standing next to 347 cm (11'5") Kanjuro, and they're both considered normal people. I do like it most of the time, but sometimes it looks a bit too goofy.
