I found that simple comment on something that the normie is carrying, or their clothes/tatoos, or the place you are, usually gets them to start yapping a lot
You do that enough times, and they become your friends
For example, I went to this store
Usually they say "hi how are you", and I just say "good. I want X, Y and Z".
But this one time I said "I'm good. This is a big store you got here", and then I got this old lady to talk to me for like 10 minutes
You dont even need to do much, just a quick comment, pay attention to what they are saying, and add some commentary when appropriate
If you are in 4chan, there is a good chance you are a good noticer, just like me. Use that to your advantage
