I'd keep it rather empty probably. I might put up some anime posters to show my victims that I'm truly deranged...
I'd have a record player in the corner to play torture music (country, rap, Alanis Morissette etc.)
I'd have a Monster's Inc themed bed (king sized, custom) with easy to access chains (for chaining my victims)
Maybe a mirror so that I can look at myself while I get funky with it...
