It's loosely based off of an undead character from Divinity:Original Sin named Charla, who had this type of chipper feminine voice despite looking evil.

Some may say the voice doesn't fit the character but the character is based off this one minor character in Divinity:Original Sin named Charla, this undead female character that sounds uncharacteristically very cheerful and friendly. Just really liked that character so I wanted something like it too.
