He was better at shooting than all the people he encountered because over his lifetime he shot many more iterative times than any of the people he encountered. You will never, ever, ever find a sniper like that who just “picked up a gun one day and had a knack for it!” That doesn’t happen. The same applies to any other skill. Martial arts, piano, doesn’t matter. Train more, train harder and train smarter than your opposition and you will be better than them. Anything else is just bullshit and coping to give lazy people excuses to not try and not not earn their skills to be competitive. If you try to take that route, you will deserve the pitiful results you get.
