Pt. 2/2
Circling back to receiving better medical care, try taking photos during major flare-ups. Assuming you might not already, even just a facial shot to prove you’re overheating could be worthwhile. The issues seem to be autoimmune and sometimes very visible in my case, so even when bloodwork is coming up clean, visual evidence is still a means to throw it back at the doctor when they’re insinuating nothing is wrong. I’ve calmly said before “Ok.. then, in your experience, what do you think we are looking at in this photo?” and “Why is my skin sometimes turning (clearly) red, purple and brown then,” for example. Even when frustration is brewing, mimicking the doctor’s demeanor and acknowledging their expertise usually gets the best results. In the odd occurrences of ending up with a more anxious specialist, exceptions can be made when allowing emotions/worries to be more openly expressed because they’ll see themselves in you.
Most people don’t go to these social lengths and largely because the justifications won’t make sense in their case. Vulnerabilities are uniquely personal though, so being aware of our own when communicating can unfortunately be necessary at times. Perhaps you’ve already covered the bases I’ve mentioned, hopefully so. The reason I say all this is that I can tell you’re prone to anxiety by the manner in which you generally write and it’s not fair for that to be a barrier in you receiving proper treatment. Alongside the other afflictions, I know from personal experience that it can make a situation more tough.
