That's not what he's saying. He's justifying their fuck ups by interpreting the fact that people still play the game and buy war bonds as tacit approval. The issue with that reasoning is that people who really care tend to voice their opinions and get invested. They won't even notice issues that don't break the game outright, and they aren't going to write you a 40-page diatribe on why the arc thrower having AP7 while the tesla tower has AP4 is nonsensical. At best you might get a "game is fun" or "having a blast with friends" review, which divulges nothing about what they're doing right or wrong, and in a week those people will be playing a different game.
It's nothing we didn't already know, but it just showcases Arrowhead's massive ego and their unwillingness to address valid criticisms
