Well the only other notable mage in blue is Kasmina but I guess it COULD also be this blue bitch from the Strixhaven group. And the Fomori DO make some sense as kings, being an interplanar empire that have all-but vanished into SOMEWHERE (and were also in the Edge but we never really got any more details there).
