As for hormones, you've got it backwards. The higher the fat, the lower the testosterone and higher the estrogen. This has been pretty firmly established for decades so I'm not interested in arguing or proving it. Ask chatgpt for sources if you don't believe me. I will admit that dietary cholesterol tends to increase testosterone though, so I'll likely try to squeeze in as much beef and eggs as I can get away with after I get lean again.
