Bad Memories by far, I don't know exactly what it is but Rachel's design and character just gets me going, my favourite mom character only matched by Amelie from Heartproblems.
Ironically neither are true moms without a patch but I prefer unpatched for these.
The Awakening is also good, both mom and sis are great.
