I think the only other who are, aside from gen 5 kids, are Michika and Kuku. I don't think any of the 4th gen are either. My reasoning is that they experimented with Kuku and Michika (different bloodlines too), and saw how they grew and fared in comparison with the other kids. Since they didn't had that much data when they cooked the 4th gen, they waited a bit more, and then went all in on it, since Kuku and Michika were only about 5 or 6 when the 5th generation was being designed.
