and you're only seeing half the battle
after that they will see that the internet is just a new "tv cable" so traffic will drop so they will cut off all the infrastructure built for high traffic and slowly countries will isolate their internet not because of laws but simply because they will cut off "unused" infrastructure reduce costs and increase efficiency the internet will slowly lose its usefulness to the end user, which means fewer service providers, which will make internet access even more difficult
they are essentially trying to destroy the whole internet by reducing the usefulness of it so they can "justify" the infrastructure cut off
