In the case of this motherboard, if you add an m.2 ssd to the 3rd expansion slot that wont stunt the GPU PCIe slot to run at X8 speeds instead of X16 correct? Because this has 3 m.2 slots but the first two are tied with the GPU PCIe. Am I understanding this correctly?

Additionally would it also be worth it to have the M.2 ssd in sharing the faster slot with the GPU for faster speeds if it means stunting the GPU from X8 to X16? Thinking of getting an RX 9070 XT for this.
Is that reducing in GPU speed even noticeable/worth it? Or equally is that improvement in ssd speeds noticeable/worth it?
